Cancer Treatments/bills

My name is Fran, I just turned 45 July 7th! I have a wife and three children ages 6, 7, and 9. I've been battling Esophageal Cancer for 3 years. I live in Wendell, North Carolina. I was recently flown to Cancer Treatment Centers of America for a second opinion and more tests paid for by CTCA. Unfortunately I can no longer go to or recieve any treatment from CTCA because My Medicare has now kicked in and CTCA can no longer provide me transportation to their facility as per medicare rules. This and mounting medical bills (currently @ $12K, for my chemotherapy and CT scans, MRI's has put our family in quite a spot.This is why I am requesting your help and generosity, To help continue my treatments. (Currently at Duke) My fear is the last Chemo I was on began to fail and did not produce the desired results. If I desire to go back to CTCA for other options I am now responsible for all my travel and accommodations. I cannot afford to do that, thus limiting my choices for treatment and successfully defeating this cancer.
