House Fire Recovery--Carolyn Ford and Family

Donation protected
On Thursday morning January 2, Carolyn Ford and her family woke to the smell of smoke.  Carolyn, her sister, her daughter, and 6 dogs immediately left the house when they discovered it was on fire.  The fire department responded and worked tirelessly to put out the flames; however, the entire house was gone.  Her cars and the camper were spared along with the clothes on their back.   Luckily all people and animals are safe.

Currently they are working with the Red Cross for housing for themselves, their dogs, and the horses.  They have a long road ahead and are in need of all the basics:  food, clothing, shelter, furniture, linens, animal food etc. to bring some sense of stability and normalcy after a tragic loss.

We are reaching out to the community to ask for help in any way possible. Victims of fires face tremendous emotional stress and financial costs, and we hope this fund will help alleviate some of the challenges that this  family is facing as they try to move on and rebuild their lives.
