B4B Earth Tea Legal fund to fight the FDA

I'm the owner of B4B Earth Tea LLC and im Currently been sue by the FDA, FTC and DOJ for my Plant based drink that supports the Immune system.
We are currently in court and expecting to move on to the discovery. Currently the US Government doesn't have any evidence of what they're accusing me of, I'm also eager to see what they will bring forward.
They're claiming my tweets, videos and post are false and that I've deceived people to buy my product.
Back in 2020 while battling a respiratory sickness never seen before with no treatment or cure I created a plant based drink that supported my immune system and successful helped me overcome the issue. I had Others tried my product and they also recovered. I'm been sued for sharing information I was receiving.
As time went by and more and more people tried my product they realized other issues was been overcome. From this data I decided to study the importance of our immune system and gave away free bottles to collect as much data as I could. After data starts pouring in I realize my Plant based drink was supporting the immune system successful because of the wide range of issues that were been reported. Today the USA Government is claiming that all my publications are fake and false, and I was just posting to get sales for my product. I actually gave away my product for almost 2 years just to collect data, when I decided to finally start my business was when they filled the lawsuit. (Very good timing guess they were watching me, but they can't prove any lies, that I am 100% certain of)
All my posts videos and comments were feedbacks from actual users of my product.
I'm confident that the case against me is bias and was apart of their silencing campaign, as usual to silence plant based industry and attack anyone who's successful.
I stand behind my product with 100% confidence and can assure the public that the USA Government cannot prove any of my tweet, videos or post are false. Doctor results and testimonies can backup all my feedbacks.
The USA Government hope is that I can't afford a lawyer because they know lawyers for these types of case are hard to find and expensive. I found an law firm that's willing to take on the Government but i will need to secure the retainer. Im asking the public for help to achieve this. While i work on securing other funds, I am asking for assistance to at least get the process started.
The lawsuit is currently at the Eastern district court of New York. Started March 2022. Deadline to get my attorney July 17, 2023
