Brighton Marathon

Hi everyone, I’m running the Brighton Marathon on 12th September in memory of my Grandparents who I lost this year. I lost my amazing Grandad to covid 30th December 2020 who, I felt was stolen from me. I then lost my Beautiful Nan on the 22nd May, who fought covid, suffered with Dementia, had a heart attack and the passed away after a fall in a care home!

I feel both were stolen from us all. The only comfort I had was that they were both reunited after 68 years of being married and should always be with one another, where they belong, together.

My grandparents we’re my life, they did all they ever could for me and I owe this Marathon to them.

So I ask you to please sponsor me and I will share my sponsorship between some charities close to my heart, the following are for my grandparents.

There is also another charity which I aways support, The Countness of Brecknock. They have looked after so many people who are close to my heart and I can’t describe how thankful I am to them.

So please, if you can sponsor I thank you so much. I’m training over 40+ miles a week to get this done. There are days I can’t face another training run, but I just think of my amazing Nan and Grandad and it makes me do it.
