Save Stuey Fund for Cleft Palate Surgery
Donation protected
Stuey is an adopted puppy that is fighting for his life due to his cleft palate and hydrocephalus. He is a runt and was extremely malnourished his first two weeks of life.
This critical illness is only cured by a rare specialized surgery to be done at Washington State Veterinary Medical School. Cleft palate is a hole in the roof of his mouth that causes food to get into his sinuses.
We are starting this fund raiser to help pay for his medical bills. Any extra money will be donated to two non-profit organizations for cleft palate research and care.
Please help me share Stuey's story. A cleft palate need not mean a death sentence. Usually a puppy is put to sleep before they have a chance at life.
We have had many ups and downs but he is a fighter and loves every minute of his life. He was rescued at two weeks of age and is now eight weeks old. He is truly an inspiration to overcome what life throws your way.
Sincerely,
Stuey, Jen and John Roberts
