Plane Ticket For Our Pup

We are trying to raise money to pay for our dog's plane ticket and clearance fees to go over seas. His name is Cappy, he's a 28lbs Schipperke, almost 3 years old, with a black coat and a white chest. He is always full of energy and loves to play.
My husband just got orders to the U.K. and we're afraid that we won't be able to bring him. We don't want to give him away, we love him very much. We'll be overseas for 4 years and can't imagine being without him for that long. He makes all of us laugh, including the newest edition to the family our daughter Aria.
We are all very attached to him and would grately appreciate anything that would help us bring him over to the U.K. Thank you for your support.
