Apoyemos Adri

We have all seen how this tool (GoFundMe) has been used in Venezuela more and more everyday. We wish we didn’t have to but unfortunately the crisis we are going through makes it impossible to pay for important medical treatments., some of them life threatening.

Please help us support our friend Adriana Marchelli who has been in the Intensive Care Unit for the past three weeks in the Metropolitan Clinic in Caracas, Venezuela fighting against serious infections. These were the result of complications ensued from a standard kidney stone removal procedure. These complications have damaged one of her kidneys tremendously and an intervention known as Angiography with Embolization with ONYX is required to save her kidney. If this is not done, she will lose her kidney.

Given the financial circumstances in the country, her family have run out of resources to cost these procedures. For this reason we want to kindly ask you for your support for Adri.

The funds collected here would be withdrawn by Cecilia Velasco which is a close family friend and also Adriana’s best friend (Paula) mother, she committed to be the one receiving the donations to make it easier for Adri’s family so they don’t have to worry about transferring money to clinic, doctors or people who loan her money.

Todos hemos visto esta herramienta cada vez mas en nuestro pais y deseariamos no tener que usarla pero lamentablemente la situacion y el costo de tratamientos medicos nos obliga.

En esta oportunidad pedimos apoyo para nuestra amiga Adriana Marchelli, que tiene 3 semanas en terapia intensiva en la clinica metropolitana luchando contra infecciones por una complicacion despues de hacerle una intervencion para extraer un calculo renal, debido a la complicacion su riñon ha sufrido mucho por lo que se le debe hacer la siguiente intervencion: Angiografia - embolizacion con ONYX, como ultima opcion para salvar el riñon, de no ser asi recomiendan extraerlo.

Dada las complicaciones y condiciones economicas se han agotado todos los recursos por lo que te pedimos apoyo a ti para que apoyar a Adri.

Los fondos  recaudados seran retirados por Cecilia Velasco amiga de la familia y mama de la mejor amiga de Adriana, Paula, ella se comprometio a recibir el dinero y directamente hacer cualquier transaccion necesaria bien sea a doctores, clinicas o personas que han prestado dinero, de esta manera los familiares pueden despreocuparse por el tema de operaciones bancarias.
