Rosemary and Ken Need Your Help

Donation protected

As we all know COVID-19 has turned the world upside down, and not in a good way.  Unfortunately, the virus has hit home for us and has  shaken our family to the core in recent weeks.

Our mom, Rosemary, was diagnosed with COVID-19 on April 8th, and she was rushed to the hospital with dangerously low oxygen levels. Two days later the doctors explained to us that there was nothing more they could do to help her.  They recommended putting her on a respirator . We we decided against it. The doctor then told us Rosemary wouldn’t survive the evening, Our family was devastated hearing this and we all knew that it was going to be a waiting game for the phone call that night. We reached out to a funeral home to prepare for the worst.  We also reached out to all of our family and friends to join together with us through the night and pray to our loving God for a miracle to heal our mom.  We relied on Our Faith in God to get us through this and to keep Rosemary safe.  When the morning arrived, we were shocked that nobody heard anything about  Rosemary, throughout the night.  We called the hospital the doctorwas surprise, they couldn't believe her vital signs and oxygen levels were back up.  It was then we all knew God had his healing hands on her and was taking care of our mother,  and we knew we were so blessed with such a true Easter miracle!   God was there in control and by her side, with such love and compassion, healing her from this virus!

Now  over two weeks later, Rosemary is slowly healing each day, but it is still an uphill battle. The hospital informed us, it is time to move her to the next healing step .Rosemary had a massive stroke 10 years ago which left her half paralyzed, in a wheelchair and unable to care for herself.  Both my parents, Rosemary and Ken, have worked hard for their family all their lives,  but since her stroke she has needed special 24 hour nursing care .Ken also unable to work ,there savings were depleted. Also the insurance does not cover some of the expenses needed to help them win this fight.  To make the whole situation worse, my mom's brave ,kind and loving aide Maria, who has selflessly cared for her for years, had to be quarantined for 14 days and cannot come back to work during this time . Please also keep her in your thoughts and prayers as she is such a huge part of the care for my mom, and loved by all.

Therefore, we are asking for your generous help to assist in any way for some of their medical and daily expenses.
Our family sincerely appreciates your generosity, prayers and love during this time; please consider donating and as always please keep her in your prayers and well wishes. Thank you all for the wonderful generosity and positive prayers to help our family get through this stressful time, this along with so many others suffering.

With such love and gratefulness,
The Ingersoll family
