Medical Bills for a sheikh's daughter

I am setting up a fund for a special needs sister who needs to have her operation done by July 08, 2014.
Her dad (residing in Canada) is collecting funds for her. They require $30,000 USD for her operation.

The daughter lives in Egypt and has three kids. Her husband is not able to take care of her anymore and recently divorced her. The father is extremely worried and doesn't know how he can help her.
