Help Fund Dave's Medical Bills

On June 13, 2014, Dave was unexpectedly injured and hospitalized for several days.  He suffered a severe break to both his elbow and his arm.  He unwent a five hour surgery that resulted in 17 screws, an 8 inch titanium plate, and a metal version of his radial head bone in his right arm. Dave must now undergo an exhaustive rehabilitation process that is expected to last a minimum of four months.  Due to the unexpected medical costs of surgery, hospitalization, the long rehabilitation process of physical therapy, and Dave being unable to work, we are asking our friends and family to help us fund this expensive road to recovery. Any donation will be greatly appreciated as it will take some of the weight of medical expenses off of Dave's shoulders so he can focus on a speedy recovery. Both Dave and I thank everyone for their continual love and support through this difficult time. Thank you for your consideration.
