Awaken DTS

Never in my life have I understood the way God speaks to us, but I'm slowly starting to realize that it's never direct; He speaks to us through opportunities and experiences. My life is different from most other people my age- most of them looked forward to moving away and starting school but at the time that wasn't in His plan for me. I've been through a lot of hardships that tested my faith and strength but I never gave up. He was never really active in my life until this past year when he started to speak to me, and I actually started to listen. I never doubted his plan, but also had plans of my own. I'm so blessed to have gotten this amazing opportunity and can't wait to begin my journey. On July 3rd I'll be traveling to Kona, Hawaii for three months with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) to partake in intensive mission training then traveling to another part of the world for the next three months to "practice" what I've learned. My mission on this trip is to help give back and make an impact on peoples' lives. Through that, I will recieve the lessons that God wants me to learn and hopefully become the person He wants me to be. I would greatly appreciate any financial support I can get and for you to take the time to invest in this journey with me.
