waiting on disability appeal: needs help

2 Years ago I was scheduled to have a back surgery.  1 month before my surgery was to happen, I was laid off.  Previous to that I have had 10 hip surgeries ( have had hip problems since birth) I had a hip replacement and several revisions. I have had fractured pelvis which was corrected surgically, a neck surgery, a knee surgery and several other surgeries over the years.  I have severe scoliosis ( 50 Thoracic curve, and 44 lumbar) which increases the problems with my back.  I am in the early stages of peripheral neuropathy . I applied for disability 1 1/2 years ago and am waiting on an appeal.  I have tried to get help through DHS, but they conviently keep losing my paperwork.  I have a lot of nerve problems and damage because I cant have the surgery for my lower back .   I have been moving around from friend to friend to family member just to keep a roof over my head, but sleeping on an airmattress is not good for any of the problems I have.   I have an attorney to help me with my disability but they require me to continue regular visits to the Dr and the Drs from free clinics are of no help with this kind of matter and for as many health issues that I have.  I need an updated MRI and xrays, meds and a place that I can stay to have a bed until this appeal will hopefully come up in the next few months.  Thanks in advance for any help that you may be able to do.  If you are unable to give, please keep me in your prayers, because there is power in prayer .  :)  God Bless.
