UPDATE 19/11 @1130: We would like to let the community know that we will be closing the GoFundMe as we have SMASHED our goal of $1850. Between bank donations and the GoFundMe we were able to raise $2775, of which we have put every single penny towards helping the animals of Vanuatu! Before we leave on Friday I will post to show exactly what we have purchased with the generous donations, and to thank all those who contributed.

A massive thank you to the Cats Meow Cattery for our BIGGEST donation which we used to purchase topical parasite control for cats (who are often forgotten about when doing aid work) from Vetoquinol. Vetoquinol then MATCHED this donation in parasite control for dogs.

Rob and I are overwhelmed and forever grateful for the amazing response we have had from the Samford community. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Rob and I are veterinarians travelling to Vanuatu for 11 days at the end of November to volunteer our time for AVA Animal Welfare Vanuatu. We will be spending our time performing desexings, treating parasite infestations and educating the community about animal welfare. We are looking to raise money so that we can take over desperately needed surgical kits (2 x $687), surgical drapes ($475/box) and parasite control (as much as we can take!).

Any contribution would be much appreciated! Even $10 for some worming products will go a long way!
