AUTISM ACCEPTANCE WALK
Donation protected
Ten year's ago, PS 307, a school in the Vinegar Hill section of Brooklyn, was selected to pilot the ASD Horizon program, and launched its first Kindergarten classroom! The program services children on the Autism Spectrum, offering them grade level academics, with the social and behavioral supports they need for success. In those ten years, the program has grown, expanded into Middle School, and has changed so many lives. It’s truly a remarkable success.
This April, for Autism Awareness Month, the ASD Horizon Programs in District 13; PS307 and PS 282 will walk a 3K to raise awareness and acceptance of people with Autism Spectrum Disorders. We are also using the walk to raise money for the Horizon programs at both schools. We are committed to the best possible quality education for our students.
Your donation will directly support our students! Thank you!!!
