Austin Middle School's A+ Period

New this year, Austin Middle school is adding a series of activities to take place in their A+ Period. The students will select from courses that they find interesting. The teacher-designed A+ courses will begin October 21, 2019. The students will choose a topic to learn about each nine weeks from a variety of informal education classes. Some of these courses are Fitness & Leisure, Calligraphy, Belly Dance, Dominoes, Gardening, Sewing, etc.
Austin Middle School PTO would like to enlist your help in supplying our teachers with the equipment and supplies needed to provide their students with rich experiences outside the normal scope of state curriculum! Please consider donating to support our teachers to ensure the best possible experience for our students! From string and guitar picks for Guitar lessons, to Greenhouses and Gloves for Gardening...these teachers are working hard to give our kids an exemplary education. As you can see, our teachers have some basic needs as well as some out of the box creative wants! We would love nothing more than to be able to fund these requests in full!
