Dear Family and Friends,
It is with tremendous regret that I am announcing my uncle Marty's passing yesterday afternoon (9/21/17). He leaves behind his wife, Leasa and 15 year old daughter, Brooke.
Unfortunately, Marty's income kept them afloat, and his sudden passing has put this precious family in a very tough financial crisis. Not only was Leasa not prepared for the financial burden that comes along with losing a husband and financial partner, but she also found out earlier this week that she would be losing her house in a very short period of time.
Leasa is a full time paraprofessional educator at Davis Middle School in Flowery Branch with special needs children, where she spends so much time giving these kids a fun and loving place to be for a few hours each day. She also selflessly volunteers her time with the Davis Middle School cheer team and has always been a faithful comforter and giver.
This family is dear to many of our hearts and it is at this time that we as a family are reaching out to our friends and community in humble desperation. The ultimate goal is to somehow be able to save their house, but every little bit truly will go a long way. Just being able to pay one bill would be such an amazing start to reestablishment. Not a single penny is overlooked, and in the midst of such devastation we have seen in the world as of late, we are so blessed to receive any amount you can give.
