Help My Aunt Moe's Medical Funding

Hi,
I'm trying to raise money to help my Aunt Maureen (Moe), who's always been an incredible person but has gone / going through an incredibly hard time. For as long as I can remember, she has always been volunteering and helping people, whether it be by spending her holidays to help at food kitchens or to help friends and loved ones. Even now, while dealing with horrible chronic pain and other issues (I'll mention more below), she still to this day volunteers at RSVP, which is program that helps the elderly. She also donates her time to work at an animal shelter and even fosters a few dogs because even when things are this bad she's still trying to help others. Here's some more of the background:
It really first started when she got diagnosed with Hep C from a blood transfusion in the 70's that laid dormant for over 30 years. While dealing with that, she lost within a 2-year span her husband, mother, and only son--my uncle, grandma, and cousin.
The medication that helped cure the Hep C wreaked havoc on her body in so many other ways, making things even worse and while she is now alone. She is now dealing with Sleep Apnea, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Narcolepsy, multiple auto-immune diseases, degenerative arthritis, Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), and much more--the list goes on.
Now, on top of all this, she was recently just in the hospital for having Acute Pancreatitis, a very painful condition and something that it took the medical team days to figure out. As if that wasn't bad enough, because of the extended hospital stay she caught another serious contagious infection of the intestine called Clostridium difficile ("C. diff") just from being there. She received 3 weeks of multiple extremely strong antibiotics that she's just finished; she still feels off and probably will be needing more testing done.
We all know how bad the current crisis of health insurance is, and at the moment her insurance is barely covering anything; some costs that are dire are covered, but not all. Regardless, her medical bills are piling up. On top of all of this, she is losing her home; in just a few months she is being evicted from the house she and her husband built from the ground up out in Pennsylvania. She can't even afford oil bills or wood deliveries for this Winter. Her truck also has so many issues that it's barely drivable and can't even pass inspections.
....And yet, she still pushes herself beyond limits to volunteer for both the elderly and animals when the real person here who could use some well-deserved help is her. I myself try not to ask anyone for help and neither does she, and she never will. So, I'm asking for her in the hopes that some people could help out. Anything, really, ANYTHING at all helps and would mean the world to her and I. Whether you can spare something or not, I still appreciate you taking the time to read this. And anyone that would be willing to share this on any of their own social media, it would also be appreciated.
