Suzy is our beautiful daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. Suzy is a single mother of two boys Adam 10 and Zachary 20. Recently added to her growing family is her grandson Kai and daughter-in-law Madi who is expecting a baby girl in September.
Two years ago she discovered a lump in her breast and thankfully it was at stage 0 and the tumor was removed. After the surgery she endured 30 rounds of radiation and mammograms every 6 months to ensure the cancer was not returning. During the most recent mammogram it was discovered that the cancer had returned and she now needs a double mastecomy! Her surgery is scheduled for the 24th of July this year.
Suzy will be in recovery for 2 months following the surgery and unable to work. Being a single mom and working in the service industry it is impossible to fund medical and living expenses through this time as her insurance does not cover her living expenses. Because of the major impact that this surgery will have on her life,we are asking for financial help. Our goal is to lift her up and relieve her of financial stress so that she can concentrate on healing and making a healthy and full recovery.
