Aubrey Jensen YWAM

I am so excited to announce that I have been accepted into Fire & Fragrance music Discipleship Training School (DTS) through Youth With A Mission (YWAM)! YWAM is a worldwide, nonprofit, missionary organization that strives to "know God and make Him known".  In April I will be leaving the good life in Nebraska and flying to Kona, Hawaii, where I will spend 3 months growing my faith and stretching my comfort zone during "lecture phase". Once those 3 months are up I will be spending another 3 months overseas serving in missions through "outreach phase". I am nervous but so excited to be taking this step of faith as the Lord guides my every step on this journey. 

I first discovered YWAM the summer after my high school graduation through a friend who is currently in the program in Kona now! I am so stinkin' excited that the Lord has open this door and I cannot wait to see what I will learn and who I will encounter through these 6 months away from home in a program that incorporates my passions for God, music, and missions. 

For the past 8 months, I have been working for a beautiful family as their nanny. So, I am very thankful to say I am fully funded for the $4,000 lecture phase and with the support of my family I am half funded for the $6,000 outreach phase.

I am in awe of how much the Lord has blessed this entire experience already. My greatest request is your support through prayer as I begin this journey and if you feel led to give financially, I would love to partner with you on this experience. 

I cannot wait to begin this new chapter and would love to have you walk beside me to see what the Lord is doing in my heart and life here in Nebraska, as well as in Hawaii and the nations.
