17 years ago I lost my brother to suicide, and also my best friend Matt in April this year, not a day goes by where I don’t miss them.

On the 26th of September I will be running Portreath to Perranporth for a great charity MANDOWN, who support the mental health needs of men who struggle to cope with the pressure’s facing them in our modern society. Please sponsor me to raise money for this great organisation.
