Help with Medical Expenses

As most know, Matty was diagnosed with cancer a while ago but has recently stopped most treatments and is home on hospice. I'm creating this to help him and his family with medical expenses and necessary medications. They arent comfortable with accepting help but they are wonderful people and deserve it more than anyone.
