Medical Expense for Michelle Pamatmat

This is a story about Michelle, who is a CAREGiver with Home Instead Senior Care in Northbrook. Michelle is less than two weeks away from her 38th birthday. She was feeling ill a few days ago with back and stomach pain. She thought she would't be able to go to work, but later called and said she was feeling better and went to care for her senior. Michelle's compassion for others showed through, as she was always puts the client's needs above hers. This week on Monday and Tuesday, she felt good enough to work. 

On Wednesday morning, we received a notification that she did not arrive at work. We called and texted several times because we were concerned about her absence as this was out of character for her. Today we received a call from her brother that Michelle was in the hospital and unresponsive, she was not doing well. 

We reached out to Richard, Michelle's husband, who told us she had woken up yesterday morning with a headache. Within minutes she was unresponsive, so 911 was called. Our dear Michelle has bleeding on the brain and is fighting for her life. The outcome does not look good.
