Assistance with Vet Consultation

On Halloween this year my boy had a routine vet appointment, it included an EKG. When I got a call from the vet telling me my pup of 2 years had a heart arrhythmia and needed to see a specialist right away I was devastated. I called the facility that they gave me a referral to to get some information about appointments and they told me it would be about $750 for the exam and the electrocardiogram that they would have to do to diagnose his heart problem. After calling around to other veterinary heart specialists in the area this was the cheapest facility that 
My poor boy is too young for this sort of issue and I am asking for some help to get his consultation paid for so we can find out the diagnosis and prognosis of his heart condition.
