Assistance for struggling family after house fire

My name is April Baez. I am a devoted mother to 3 beautiful children. Two boys and one girl. 12, 9, and 7. On Thursday, September 29th, our home of 5 years was ripped apart and all we were left with was the clothes on our backs. Thankfully, the only casualties we're our two pet birds, Tweety and Petey. Me and my children were able to escape without incident and, thanks to the Davie fire department, my 3 cats were able to be pulled out in time as well. After the fire was extinguished, we were able to salvage some clothes, a few office items such as my desktop work computer, as well as a few essentials such as my purse and car keys. However, we currently have no place to call home and are staying on a friend's couch. We hope that the community will pull together to help us put our lives back in order. I have a work-from-home job and am unable to make money by myself until I establish a land line and comfortable work environment. I never thought something like this would ever happen to me so naturally, I was not prepared for the outcome. Please consider helping us in our time of need.
