Update: FOUND!!! Lost dog - North Vancouver

UPDATE: WE FOUND LUNA!!!

Thanks to our amazing community and the heroes who work up on Grouse Mountain, we were able to reunite Luna with Kyle & Bianca! 

Currently still riding the high of having Luna home, Kyle & B are solely focused on loving Luna now that she is home. However,  we’d still love to decrease the financial burden they had to take on during the search which will be closer to $3.5K after all said & done. Would love if you could help in anyway. Hi, my name is Mattie and I am good friends with Luna's owners, Kyle & Bianca (B). I am raising money to help cover some of the expenses that Kyle & B have incurred during their search for Luna, a rescue dog (Korean Jindo) that Kyle & B fostered and then adopted after falling in love with her.

Luna went missing around 7 PM on November 29 and the search for her is ongoing. Additional info on the search can be found here - https://www.facebook.com/groups/426220288973338

 

We have spent countless hours searching neighborhoods from Lower Lonsdale to Deep Cove. Most of the expenses incurred have come from hiring a professional pet searcher by the name of Al. As some of you may know, this alone cost well upward of $2.5K. Although we haven't found Luna yet, Al's advice and commitment have been invaluable (Thanks, Al).

 

In saying that, these unexpected expenses would cause additional stress to anyone - on top of the stress of a missing dog & especially just before the Christmas period. So I want to see what we can do to ease the pain and stress for Kyle & B. Any additional money raised above the initial target will be used in the ongoing search for Luna. If there is any leftover, it will be donated to an animal shelter/charity of Kyle & B's choice (but we would love to hear your suggestions too).

 

Rest assured we will continue our search until Luna is back home with them. :)
