Aspiring cop in need.

Devon is a 25 year old aspiring police officer from Lincoln County, North Carolina that had an extremely unfortunate firearms incident two days before taking his state exam.  I am a current deputy and believe Devon will be an excellent officer.  He strives to learn everything about anything he is involved in and truly cares about people.  This fundraiser has been created because he does not have health insurance and was not working full time because of the academy.  His incident has cost him a great deal so far but he will not give up on his dream as a police officer.  He will still be very able of completing any task by the end of his recovery and just needs help with expenses along the way.  Any amount will be more than he has and will mean a great deal more to him than just financial relief.  His recovery will take approximately 6-8 months which will involve surgery, physical therapy, and alot of mental strength.  All funds will go directly to Devon for current medical treatment or future physical therapy.  He does not know of this fundraiser so lets give him something he won't believe!  God bless you all and stay safe!
