Aspen's Pathway to STEM

Our daughter Aspen has been nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Pathways to STEM next summer, 2018. This is an amazing opportunity for her and could be one of the best experiences of her life!
At this leadership forum she will learn how to team build, goal set and problem solve. She will be introduced into the world or medicine, learn about robotics and discover how to program one of her own. She will also have the opportunity to learn about detective work and forensics.
Aspen loves learning and loves Science. She wants to be a doctor and a scientist when she grows up. She is already learning about the body systems and teaches them to everyone she can.
The Tuition to go to the camp is roughly $2,200 and her travel expence will be about $300. Once she gets there her food and lodging will be provided.
My husband and I are both going to school, working, and volunteer in our community. We are making just enough to cover our expenses and our school tuition. We would deeply appreciate anyone who would be willing to help further Aspen's education and learning so she may have that brighter future.

We haven't told Aspen about this opportunity because we don't want to get her hopes up. We would really love to surprise Aspen for Christmas!
