ALS Treatment for Don Sims

After many months of tests and seeing multiple doctors, Don has recently been diagnosed with ALS. The doctors have given him a lifespan of 3 to 5 years but with faith we are hoping for a long life with him. We are researching all options for treatment and talking to many doctors around Birmingham and Atlanta. We’ve been in contact mostly with the Kirkland Clinic in Birmingham and Emory Hospital in Atlanta and have been discussing Stem Cell Research as a viable treatment option. They’ve had great success with this as it ultimately slows down to almost stop the progression of ALS. Unfortunately this treatment is expensive. We are asking for anything you can donate to help Don get the treatment he deserves. Prayers are greatly appreciated as well.
