Ash's Urgent Medical Relief

Hi, I am Gregory Miller, my friends all call me Ash, or Alexander. I suffer from a chronic medical condition that affect my immune system and causes me to endure repeated and continuious health complications.  The good news is that I recently was successful in resolving much of the worst of my sysmptoms with a very effective change in my medications, this has reduced my unpaid sick time from work, but the damage is done. 

Due to sever medical issues over the course of the past several years now, I have fallen into a downward spiral of medical and credit debt. This has begun to show a very real and  frightening effect on my personal finances and my sustainability going forward. 

Until recently I was driving for Lyft to help suppliment my lost income and make it possible for me to keep my head above water, but that source of additional funds was recently lost due to an accident that caused me to loose eligablity to driver for the ride sharing company. 

I have several needs, some immediate and some that are able to be circled back to as more immediate needs are resolved. 

$????  - I am currently going through a recovery period from surgery, my employer short term disability pay hasn't come through yet, so I am sitting with major losses to my income while I recovery right now from a Cervical Diskectomy and Fusion procedure to fix an issue from a ruptured disk in my C6-C7 range in my neck. This is currently superceding my other bills and costs. 

$1500 - This is how much I am currently behind in paychecks due to sick days that are covered by FMLA, but not paid by my employer. And due to losing my Lyft driving eligability I have not been able to make up these funds as I normally would. 

$1000 - This is the cost to get the car fixed to make me Lyft eligable again. 

$7000 - This is the balance of my Credit Debt that I have been able to keep in decent standing, but I have only been able to keep up with the interest payments, and the cost of living and additional medical expenses have prevented me from paying down the principle. 

$5000 - This is close to the balance of my current unpaid medical expeses which are haunting me. 

I stand here, in tears, embarassed to have to be doing this, and unable to see a path forward without losing everything I have worked to build for more than a decade. I can't get out from under the debt without sever repercussions to my financial health and that is unfortunately not something I can endure.

If you have the ability to help me get out from under this mountain at all, I welcome the aid.
