Howdy! My name is Ashey Knoll, and I am chasing my dream as a professional golfer. I started playing golf at the age of 6 and had a storied amateur career. It began on the AJGA Tour where I won 6 Tournaments and 2 POLO All- American awards in addition to being continually ranked as a Top 20 player in the US.
Upon Graduation from high school, I attended Texas A&M on a golf scholarship. I won 6 collegiate tournaments and had numerous top tens against some of the best players in the World. I was a 2-time College All-American and turned pro upon completion of my college career. Since turning pro, I have qualified to play on the Symetra Tour in the US and the Ladies European Tour. Unfortunately, I have been plagued with injuries, which have hampered my success as a professional. However, after several doses of therapy and rest, I am healthy and playing some of my best golf. I qualified for and played in my second US Women's Open this year, making the cut and finishing 57th. I also won my first professional tournament this summer at the Texas State Open with a blistering 5 under 31 on the last nine. I am going to carry this momentum into the 2015 season and need your help. I hope to raise $13,000 to pay my entry fees for this year on the Symetra Tour so I can compete this upcoming season and accomplish my ultimate goal of playing on the LPGA!!
