Ashley injured in car accident

I'm reaching out to the gaming community on behalf of a friend that I personally met though gaming. Many of you in the community may know this person Carlo (known as the @Italianclownz on Twitter). His family has been dealt a tough blow. 
 
On the 9th of January 2020  his wife & mother to their daughter, Ashley was involved in a serious two car collision. His wife Ashley's receiving the brunt of the impact.

I got what info I could from Carlo & here is his brief description below:

It's a dark highway. The state refuses to put a light there at the intersection. It's very possible neither any of them saw each other. They used the jaws of life to get my wife out of the car, every airbag deployed and the glass did go deep into her head. 
She's in ICU. Her head has stitches &  they are watching because it swelled once already.
They stitched it and cut her hair and it's bubbled once because it did cut a blood vessel so they may have to go back into surgery.
That injury, plus concussion and extreme neck and back pain is why they won't let her leave plus she's in and out of consciousness and keeps forgetting things. Her state of mind is like the movie 50 first dates with short term memory loss. 
So far this is what they have said: I still can't see her yet nor any family. No known broken bones or internal injuries. Facial laceration unknown exact cause, believed to be from windshield or driver side glass. Nurses said she is talking just very confused.
The best news out of this I could hope for right now is she is talking and long term memory is intact.
Short term memory right now isn't because of severe concussion and head trauma. One day at a time. More than likely staying at hospital unknown how long. They won't allow her to move. 

I asked Carlo for permission to start his GoFundme on his and Ashley's behalf. He gave me permission stating that anything we could do would really help take the pressure off. I imaging this will have a financial impact on him and his family. Lets help alleviate that.

I can personally vouch for Carlo as a extremely good kind hearted person. Though I do not know Ashley I'm sure she is the same. He selflessly spend hundreds of hours of his time to talk video games as co host on the Four guys with Quarters podcast entertaining their viewers.  He as also helped many gamers with free technical advice from his extensive knowledge of computer programs.
