Team Alyssa

Alyssa Crabb is a  strong, loving, selfless, and faith driven wife to her husband of 8 years and mother to their two beautiful children. Her and her family currently live in Las Cruces, New Mexico.  A year and a half ago she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and she was referred to Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoneix. A surgeon there was able to remove most of it and we were hopeful that she was healed. Our hopes were crushed when a new tumor was found in April 2014. The surgeon was able to remove the tumor successfully, but due to the fact that this tumor grew back so rapidly he has recommended that Alyssa undergo 6 weeks of radiation for 5 days a week in Phoenix beginning in July as well as being on a chemo pill for 6 months to a year. This means that she will have to remain in Phoneix away from home for a minimum of 6 weeks in order to undergo her treatments.In addition to the medical bills, it would also be a blessing if her husband could be there with her for some or all of the time rather than being burdened with needing to work to pay the everyday bills.
