Artie Webb Memorial, Funeral & Scholarship Fund

Dearest Salsa Family, we urgently need your help to cover final expenses for our beloved, master musician Artie Webb. Artie’s last wish was to be buried with his mother, father and sister in Philadelphia and his family wishes to create a college scholarship fund in his honor. There will be a Los Angeles memorial service after which he will be transported to Philadelphia where he will join his family at his final resting place. As you can imagine, the costs are extremely high. Artie gave so much to us over many years playing his flute everywhere the music took him. Please give back to him by donating what you can to help cover costs. The first 14 people to donate $500 or more will receive one of the last 14 remaining autographed copies of Artie’s CD. The first 70 people to donate $100 will receive free tickets to Artie’s Celebration of Life event that will include a screening of the documentary “Mr Flute”. The first person to donate $1000 will receive a one of a kind “Mr Flute” framed poster autographed by Artie. We will be announcing the details of his celebration of life as well as the memorial service soon. Please make your donations as soon as you can as we will need to pay in full for the services by the end of this week.
