November 6, 2017 we unexpectedly and tragically lost Arthur Wayne Caley. A Husband, our father, Papa, and Friend. His family was his world.  He made such a huge impact and touched so many lives. Everyone who knew him, loved him. He would’ve done absolutely anything for us. With a heavy and broken heart I am reaching out on behalf of our mother Cynthia Caley for help.
