Art Therapy Community Programs

My Beautiful Community, we need your support!

The Watershed Initiative is hoping to launch 3 Art Therapy Programs for Youth and Children, where 95% of the program costs are covered by us - allowing us to work with more Youth and Children, without a financial barrier preventing their access.

This last year and a half has been very trying for our Young People, anxiety has increased exponentially along with uncertainties relating to their future, dealing with isolation and needing to constantly adapt to the changing world.

These Art Therapy Programs will be focused on building self-confidence and resilience, managing big emotions and understanding anxiety, and promoting expression of self through a creative outlet. As well as having fun, promoting social interaction and getting creative!

TWI also wants to give Art Therapists who may have been out of work for a while due to Covid19, the opportunity to facilitate and work with TWI.

Funds raised will go towards program costs such as;

• Art Therapists
• Space Hire
• Art Supplies
