Have you ever been in a bad place?
Perhaps you've fought through a financial crisis.
Healed from a bad relationship. 
Recovered from a health complication.
Or battled and won over past emotional wounds... Maybe even childhood trauma.

YOU are stronger than you may give yourself credit for. But I'm also sure you did not make it all alone.

Perhaps you had a friend, mentor or family member who held you and helped you through the rough times.

Perhaps you hired and paid for professional help, so have a reliable and safe space for healing.

Maybe it was a mix of different things. A few close friends and a supportive family, perhaps you felt you were on your own and you read a book, or heard a word, played a song or saw something that reassured you that you didn't have to struggle alone.

You know that feeling.
You've been there.
A dark place where the world is nothing but chaos, yet someone or something extends a light bright enough for you to hold on to, and long enough so you pull yourself outside of it.

Well, some people are fortunate to have the emotional, financial and spiritual resources to tackle most of life's problems.

Yet there's plenty of people who have no one to count on. Maybe nobody they trust, or even worse, perhaps it is their environment what's influencing their addictions and mental health battles.

So how would you like to be the metaphorical beam of light in someone's darkness?
To be the giving, generous and compassionate arm that lifts others up?
