Arp 2600 for Ilhan Omar

This is a crowdfunding effort to get Ilhan Omar an original ARP 2600.
On July 4th, twitter user yungchomsky tweeted:
"people are always saying “build Ilhan Omar a gundam” but what if she doesn’t want a gundam. consider building Ilhan Omar a eurorack system"
the next day, Ilhan Omar responded:
"Just get me an ARP 2600 and I’ll be set"
The goal of $8500 has been set based on market prices for original ARP 2600s in good condition taken from Reverb and factoring into account GoFundMe's transaction fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per donation.
Once the goal is reached, Ilhan Omar will be contacted and the ARP 2600 will be offered. If it is accepted, purchase and delivery will be arranged. If the gift is declined, we will donate all funds to the charity of Ilhan's choice. In all cases we will provide accompanying documentation for full transparency and accountability.
