Our Super Girl Jordan has lost her final battle with HHT. As many of you know it has been a lifelong battle for all her 16 years of life! Jordan has left us with many wonderful, beautiful & HOPEFUL memories filled with so much LOVE, LAUGHTER & STRENGTH! Our family has truly appreciated all the prayers, well wishes & love given!
Because of this long battle many of the family's funds have been used for the extensive medical bills, that still continue to come in. This is the reason for this site, for children & families like ours that have been struck with hardship due to extensive illness!
Anything you can donate will be so appreciated & put towards Jordan's final funeral expenses! No amount is too little! One if Jordan's greatest gifts to us ALL has been her message of HOPE! We know she has touched so many lives & we are HOPEFUL that one day they will find a cure for HHT, so families may be able to have a different outcome!
