Archawin's fight against leukemia

Archawin Nimanong: Anyone who meets him can immediately see that he is dedicated, respectful, competitive, and kind. Once you get to know him, you realize that he is a family man. He picks up his younger brother from school, takes care of his parents, and he works extremely hard to support his family financially. Simply put, Archawin is one of the best people you will ever meet. A regional lacrosse player, hardworking student, and fiercely loyal friend, Archawin has plans to major in Biology, transfer from Glendale Community College to UCLA, and become an Orthopedist. No nineteen year old should ever be diagnosed with cancer, but he was. On February 13, Archawin was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia: a type of cancer that develops in the blood and bone marrow. He traded in the life of a nineteen year old college student for that of a cancer patient. Those around him are supporting him with hope, love, and prayers for good health. But realistically that is not enough. Medical expenses are high and we would be endlessly appreciative for any amount you can donate. We know that he would do the same for us.
