Arawa Boxing Club

My name is Grant Huggins and I am the manager for Arawa Boxing Club, situated in the town of Arawa, Autonomous Region of Bougainville.

We have talented young fighters who need support with boxing equipment and travel expenses.

Boxing is a fairly new sport in Bougainville but it is gaining momentum.

We are training male and female fighters from 12yrs and up.

They all have a desire to represent their country in this sport.

Thank you to all who have assisted so far. The Arawa Boxing Club has had two fighters qualify for a trip to Honiara at end of June.

We also have two of our fighters heading to the PNG Nationals in July.

Travel expenses and equipment is quite expensive and out of the reach of many young aspiring boxers.

Any further assistance will be greatly appreciated and will help invest into a future champion.
