Reece's Recovery

James, Kelly and Rylan feel incredibly blessed to have so much support from so many people. It helps to keep them strong for each other and for Reece. The love and prayers they have received definitely help get them through each day with a strong and positive attitude.

Many people have reached out to offer their support and ask what they can do to help which is incredibly kind and appreciated. Kelly and James have been told that Reece will more than likely spend weeks in the Trauma ICU followed by months of physical therapy with some of that time being inpatient.

Although I know they would never ask for or expect any monetary contributions, I feel that setting up a Go Fund Me page to help with the mounting medical bills might alleviate some of the stress and anxiety they are facing now and for the many months to come while they care for Reece. I also know that many of us feel helpless and want to offer some type assistance.

Many have volunteered to provide meals and we are very grateful for this as they want to spend all the time they can at the hospital with Reece. This is one thing less they have to worry about. Reece’s friends have sent poster boards and photos to decorate his room for when he wakes up. They are also sending voice messages to play for Reece, which we think is helpful in his recovery.

Thank you all for everything you have done. The family is truly astonished by the amount of messages, prayers, and love they have received.
