I would like to inform you of the good news, that I have had the main operation and everything is going well at the present time. However, my ordeal is not yet over: naturally, as I underwent a major operation, ongoing treatment and regular review is required to avoid my condition worsening, as it did after the last operation. This is because there was not enough follow up due to me being in Jamaica and the follow up having to take place in the UK.
I am thankful that I am in the situation where the main operation has taken place and that I feel much better than I have for years. However, I do need to call upon your help again, to ensure that I am able to have the medical review that I need, to keep my progress going forward and avoid a relapse. This medical review needs to take place within the next few weeks, for which I need approximate £2,000. This will include a CT scan, blood tests and other procedures.
I would again like to take this opportunity, to thank everyone who also helped to raised funds from the off line events, such as the Gospel concert and fund raising event. All of the funds raised helped me to have the operation and pay the medical bill for which, I am truly grateful to every single person who contributed in every way.

My nightmare started in 2014 when out of the blue, I started to vomit up blood. I never had any health problems before, but suddenly I was in a lot of pain from my right side near my liver. I was rushed into UWI hospital in Jamaica, where the doctors found that I had bleeding from my digestive tract and eventually uncovered serious problems with my liver, which required an urgent operation. This operation was not available in Jamaica, so I had to fly to London for the procedure. I had the operation in October 2015, which cost £15,000 in total and I was able to raise the £15,000 from the generosity of my family and friends.
In June 2018, the doctors in the UK requested that I return for a review. My airfare and the cost of the review was paid by the Jamaican government, but unfortunately, during the review, the doctors in the UK discovered further complications, which means that I will have to have another operation on my liver. The operation that I need is not available in Jamaica, so I have to have the procedure in the UK. As I am not a citizen of the UK, the operation will cost me £8,000, which has to be paid before they will carry out the operation.
I have already raised £1,200 due to the generosity of people who have already donated, but I still need £6,800 before I can have the operation. I experience a lot of pain every day and the problem causes other complications, so it is imperative that the operation is carried out without further delay, because without it, my health will continue to deteriorate and ultimately lead to a fatal situation.

Before this all started, I was just a regular guy working as an engineer and I had just started a business management course. I would like to be able to start the course again and to go back to living a normal life without pain. Thank you once again for your interest and your help.
