Small Business Startup, purchase land and build

Hi, my name is Henry Walton; I am a family man of faith, a retired combat U. S. Army veteran that served honorably for 23 years, seven months and 24 days. I recently started my own business named CenterMass LLC as Firearms Instructor. I am an Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training (CLEET) certified Firearms Instructor and the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) Certified Instructor and Range Safety Officer (RSO) certified through USCCA. My company motto is Educate, Encourage and Inspire. Educate people about firearms (handguns, rifles, and shotguns) and their Second Amendment (2A) rights, encourage people along their firearms and 2A journey (beginners, intermediate and advanced); Inspire thought and truth seekers regarding 2A and firearms ownership. In August this year, I recently began classes to receive a Gunsmith Certification from Sonoran Desert Institute. This September, I have scheduled classes for USCCA Concealed Carry Home Defense Classes along with the Oklahoma Supplement for the Self-Defense Act (SDA) certification/qualification requirements to apply for Oklahoma Concealed Carry Permit.
