APS Golf Teams Fundraiser

This fundraising opportunity is being created by two fledgling companies that have partnered to provide new golf bags and matching golf apparel to some Atlanta Public Schools golf teams. The idea to support these school teams comes from the marriage of Renegade Golf, started by two young men looking to provide custom golf bags to a younger generation of golfers, and GolfShot Apparel, created and operated by three long-time golf buddies who wanted to provide the golf industry with a black-owned apparel line.
Because both of our companies are new, we are asking you for help to be able to provide these bags, shirts and hats to these young golfers. Our goal is to raise about $2000 per team. This is how much it would cost us to provide these teens with the aforementioned gifts.
We understand 2020 has been extremely tough on the US, and especially Georgia, thanks to Covid. We also understand the holidays are upon us, which adds financial stress to many.
So what are we asking for? We are asking that you donate at least $2 to this charity. Yes, only $2. If you can donate more then we would be truly grateful, but if we were to receive $2 from willing alumni of all Atlanta Public Schools (past and present), we know we would reach our goal and possibly even exceed our goal, which means we could provide additional items such as gloves and balls. If we were to receive donations from those that just want to support, not just alumni, then we know we will be able to provide an awesome experience for our young golfers for seasons to come.
