Apoyo mami (support mom)

Mi mamá es una señora de 68 años a la cual hace 8 meses le descubrieron cáncer de colon, fue operada pero infortunadamente alguna de las células se le fueron a un pulmón,  al iniciar el proceso de quimioterapia su nivel de cáncer era 1, pero ahora su nivel es 3, ya que  tiene comprometidos los dos pulmones. Desde que fue diagnosticada no he podido viajar a verla y sus quimioterapias cada vez le afectan más fisica y emocionalmente.

Debido a que la enfermedad de mi mamá
ha ido avanzando, considero que sería muy beneficioso para su salud tanto física como emocional que yo pueda estar un tiempo en Bogotá a su lado, esta es la razón por la cual decidí contarles mi historia, aunque cuento con un trabajo estable en Montreal (lugar donde resido, buscando lograr un sueño al lado de mi esposo), es muy dificil en estos momentos poder pagar los gastos de mi viaje para estar con ella, por eso acudo a ustedes, para que con su apoyo pueda lograrlo.

De antemano le agradezco a cada una de las personas que se toma el tiempo de leer mi historia y a todas aquellas que deciden apoyarme.

My mom is a lady of 68 years old who was diagnosed with cancer. She went through surgery but unfortunately some cells with cancer went to one of her lungs. When she began with her chemotherapy her cancer level was one but now her level is three since she has both of her lungs affected at this moment. Since the moment she was diagnosed with cancer I have not had the chance to travel and visit her, besides her chemotherapy is affecting her physically and emotionally.

Due that my mom’s illness has advanced with no sign of recovery, I know that being a couple of weeks with her in Bogota will be really helpful for her physical and emotional health. This is the reason that moves me to tell you my story, even though I have a job in Montreal (city where I recently moved, chasing a dream next to my husband) It is very difficult at this moment at this moment to cover the expenses of such travel, that is why I seek for your help to be able to see my mom.
