Mi nombre es Milbeth Lazo, venezolana y madre de David Alejandro Delgado Lazo nacido en Miami, USA, quien tiene 19 años de edad y es futbolista de profesión ficha del Club Deportivo La Guaira en Caracas, Venezuela.
David sufrió una lesión en su rodilla izquierda durante un juego en el mes de Febrero de este año y se le realizó una cirugía. Durante el postoperatorio presentó una infección lo cual ameritó una segunda cirugía. Al día de hoy se le han realizado tres cirugías y actualmente se encuentra hospitalizado en la Clinica Sanatrix, Caracas, Venezuela, con un cuadro infeccioso, realizándosele diferentes estudios médicos para determinar la cusa raíz de la fiebre y cefalea.
Un pequeño aporte de usted, apoyará para costear el pago de la tercera cirugía la cual se adeuda aún, y para que David pueda completar su tratamiento durante la hospitalización en la clínica y después durante su proceso de rehabilitación, lo cual hará posible que regrese al campo de juego y pueda lograr su sueño como deportista.

My name is Milbeth Lazo and I am the mother of David Alejandro Delgado Lazo. David is 19 years old and was born in Miami, USA but resides in Venezuela as a professional soccer player with Club Deportivo La Guaira in Caracas.
David suffered an injury to his left knee during a game in February of this year and underwent surgery. During the post-operative period, an infection developed which warranted a second surgery.
To date, he has undergone three surgeries and is still currently hospitalized at the Sanatrix Clinic in Caracas. The infection persists. He continues medical treatment to determine the root cause of the infection which includes a fever and headaches.
A small contribution from you will support to pay monies still owing on the third surgery. Further, it would aid in costs of his treatment while he remains in the hospital and later during his rehabilitation process. We hope, finally, it will allow him to return to the soccer field where his true passion for the sport continues unabated.
