Apartment Negligence after shot in head

Hello, my name is Austin Kulp. On Monday June 13th, I was shot in the back of my head with a bird shot bullet out of a AR-style semi automatic shotgun by my neighbor,who lives in the unit below me. Doctors told me I still have metal and concrete lodged in the back of my head and I still have loss of hearing in my right ear. I have reported the tenant since early February of this year and the apartments still have done nothing. Early Tuesday morning the apartment manager informed me they will be evicting me. The manager told me it was because of the incident, and having police at my unit the day of the incident. I have had to take time off work since the accident, medical bills due to not having insurance, and now legal bills.
