Anthony Bates - Treatment & Recovery Fund Raiser

Hi, my name is Karen. I'm fundraising on behalf of an extremely close friend: Anthony Bates:

Anthony, an HGV driver, was involved in a horrific accident on the M5 - Wed 03rd Aug - involving four HGV's, of which a fellow truck driver lost his life. Anthony sustained life-threatening injuries; he's currently in an induced coma at Queen's Hospital Birmingham. Unfortunately, his injuries are so severe he'll need extensive treatment and rehabilitation. His condition is critical but stable, and he's making progress, albeit slowly; it's going to be a long road to recovery. I would like to raise funds to help the family with travel expenses, help Anthony get further treatment and rehabilitation, and help with any changes that may need to be made to the family home to make his recovery as comfortable and worry-free as possible.
