I want to start off by saying, we have always tried to make a way on our own and never ask for help, but it’s gotten to the point it’s necessary. Annista was born at 28 weeks with renal failure among quite a few other medical issues, renal being most severe. As you can imagine she is in and out of Children’s hospital frequently and we have had many times that we didn’t think we would be able to ever take her home. Her mom and dad are unable to keep a job due to constant doctors appointments, usually something every day of the week. Currently she is admitted to UK Children’s Picu with unknown infection. She has been septic a few times that almost ended her life that resulted in months of hospitalization. Not being able to work is taking a toll on the family and things are piling up. Not only can bills not be met, there’s limited money for food and travel and sometimes somewhere to sleep. It’s unknown how long she will be admitted. The hospital she’s currently at is around 30-40 minutes from home. November 22, begins a full week in Cincinnati Children’s hospital for multiple appointments evaluations for kidney transplant, which is almost 2 hours away. It’s just not financially possible to travel back and forth right now. We are humbly asking for help, to keep this family afloat until Annista is stable enough for them to be able to have jobs. They do try to do flexibility jobs when they can such as DoorDash but its just not enough. If you can help in any way it’s much appreciated. We need all the prayers we can get.
