Annette Jacobs Memorial Fund

On December 30th, my mom was admitted to mercy hospital, and from there we found out that she had stage 4 pancreatic cancer. A few days later we learned that it had already spread to other parts of her abdomen, and she was fighting an infection and kidney complications. As she continued to get worse, she chose to spend what remaining time she had left surrounded by friends and family, so she was transferred to circle of life hospice in bentonville on January 10th. On January 11th at 12:02pm she went to be with our Heavenly Father. As quick and unexpected as this was, we had no time to prepare for it. Any donations will be greatly appreciated to help with final expenses. Funeral informantion will come later.
